Very likely part of a larger composition comissioned by a church or a convent. 10 cm of the upper end of the canvas were added to the top and overpainted/adjusted to make it fit to the top during an old restoration. Removal of the 20th century´s synthetic varnish. By a professional restorer. 64 x 76 cm (painting). 73,5 cm x 86,5 cm (framed).
